What is Bulk Powders Creatine?
Bulk Powders Creatine, or formin acetic acid, is a naturally abundant substance in meat and fish foods, as well as a nutrient naturally present in our body. It can be synthesized endogenously in the liver, kidney, and pancreas from arginine, glycine, and methionine as precursors. Therefore, creatine cannot be directly attributed to drugs. 95% of creatine is found in skeletal muscle, another 5% is found in other parts, and the highest content is in the heart, brain, and testes.

How does creatine change the body's body composition?
Studies have shown that after 5 days of Bulk Powders Creatine, thigh muscle volume increased by 7%, and intracellular and extracellular water increased by 2% to 3%. Some studies on long-term (7-140 d) creatine supplementation during the training period also showed that both body weight and lean body mass increased significantly, while the proportion of total water to total body weight did not change. Some researchers have hypothesized that creatine first stimulates the increase of intracellular water, which increases the osmotic pressure of cells, and also stimulates protein synthesis. The ensuing gains in lean body mass and strength may be due to increased protein synthesis and/or maintenance of heavy training volume that enhances lean tissue growth.
The American College of Sports Medicine states that creatine supplementation can increase body weight slightly (0.5 to 1 kg). The initial weight gain may be due to an increase in overall water. The positive effects of creatine occurred with prolonged training, with increases in body weight and lean body mass over a 10- to 12-week period, with no change in body fat percentage.

Creatine Powder Benefits
1. Creatine is an effective and safe nutritional supplement.
2. Creatine supplementation can increase muscle creatine reserve and promote the resynthesis of phosphocreatine and ATP after muscle contraction, thereby ensuring energy supply during high-intensity repeated muscle contractions, and improving training effect and exercise capacity.
3.Creatine supplementation first stimulates the increase of intracellular water, which increases the osmotic pressure of cells, and also stimulates protein synthesis. Increased protein synthesis and/or high training volumes lead to gains in lean mass and strength.
4.In order to ensure the effective use of creatine and no side effects, several principles must be followed:
4.1 Strictly grasp the dose of creatine used, that is, the impact volume: 20 g per day for 5 to 7 days; maintenance dose: 2 to 5 g per day (5 to 15 g reported in the literature). Excessive intake of creatine will be excreted by the kidneys, resulting in waste.
4.2 Taking sugar-sweetened beverages while using creatine will help muscles absorb more creatine, thereby improving the effect of creatine supplementation;
4.3 Athletes who use creatine, especially those who train in a hot and humid environment, should pay attention to fluid supplementation to ensure muscle hydration and prevent muscle spasms and strains.

Does Creatine Have Any Side Effects?
Most studies consider creatine to be an effective and safe nutritional supplement. Creatine is an amino acid whose supplementation may contribute to renal stress or liver damage. However, there are no reports of significant changes in liver and kidney function caused by creatine supplementation. Creatine has been tested in humans for a century, and it is accepted.
Where can buy creatine powder?
While many exercise-enhancing supplements have come and gone over the years, creatine remains in the supplement market and is one of the most popular muscle-building nutrients. At present, the use of creatine is not limited to athletes, it also involves people engaged in fitness sports, people of different ages, and even flying homing pigeons.
