3.Standard solution
Transfer about 5 mg sample of aloe-emodin standard powder , accurately weighed, to a 25mL volumetric flask, add the right amount methanol to dissolve, Ultrasonic wave is shaken for 5 minutes till all dissolve in the methanol solution. Then add water to scale mark, it is obtained.
4.Testing solution
Transfer 5 mg sample of aloe-emodin powder, accurately weighed, to a 25ml volumetric flask, add the right
amount methanol to dissolve, Ultrasonic wave is shaken for 5 minutes till all dissolve in the methanol, Then add methanol to scale mark,shake evenly, it is obtained.
5. Procedure
Separately inject equal volumes (20uL) of the Standard preparation and the Assay preparation into the chromatograph, record th chromatograms, and measure the responses for the major peaks.
